The only OEM warranty on BAOFN units
Factory-backed cover, honoured by the people who installed the machine.

On The Shelf
Downtime is a lead-time problem.
When a machine stops, the clock is lead time. About 10 000 square feet of machines, OEM filters, kits and wear parts sit in Johannesburg, so the part you need tomorrow is already in the country.
We stand by every claim.

The Range
Built for the harshest environments in the country.
Oil-free, rotary screw, two-stage and VSD — from workshop units to containerised mine banks, installed and cared for across Southern Africa. This photograph is one of our reference sites, not a stock image.

The Waste Gap
Sites pay to compress air they immediately throw away.
Peak production is a few hours. Between those peaks, changeovers, waiting and quiet windows, demand sits well below the nameplate. Large centrifugal compressors are efficient only at full load. When demand drops below about 70%, they prevent surge by opening the blow-off valve. Generated air vents to atmosphere. Oversized fixed-speed banks waste power the same way through non-production periods. That is the waste gap AirLink closes.
Grey: centrifugal held at full load. Blue: AirLink tracking demand. Red: blow-off waste.
- Peak demand
- A few hours at 100% capacity. The centrifugal is in its design point.
- Off-peak blow-off
- Below ~70% demand the machine vents air to stay out of surge. Up to half the air you paid to make never reaches the tools.
- Where the saving is
- Schedule demand peaks, and replace the monolith with a modular array AirLink can turn down with the load.
